When the matter was came up for hearing on 13.12.2021, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was directed to be listed today i.e., 15.12.2021 under the caption, "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that, as on date there is no look out circular pending against the petitioner, probably that would be reason for non-appearance of the petitioner.

3. The submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 is recorded. Since today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
