Mr.Manjunath v. State Of Tamilnadu, Rep. By
S.S.SUNDAR, J., and N.MALA, J., [Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.,] (1)Today the above writ petition is filed under the caption ''For Being Spoken To'' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. (2)Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court has allowed the above writ petition on 22.11.2022 by issuing certain directions to the 1st respondent. However, in the respective last lines in paragraphs No.13 and 14, in stead of mentioning as ''1st respondent'' it has been wrongly mentioned as ''respondents'' and hence, the learned counsel prays for appropriate corrections.
(3)It is seen that the above writ petition was allowed by this Court on 22.11.2022 with certain directions to the 1st respondent. However, due to inadvertence, in the respective last lines in paragraphs No.13 and 14, it has been mentioned as ''respondents'' in stead of ''1st respondent''. (4)Hence, the respective last lines of paragraphs No.13 and 14 reads
thus:- ''13.....The 1st respondent is directed to make the payment within three months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this order. 14.....It is open to the 1st respondent to take any action including the recovery of the compensation amount from the errant officials.'' (5)Registry is directed to incorporate the above respective last lines in paragraphs No.13 and 14 and reissue fresh order to the parties concerned.
