4. Mr.Singh has filed a written instructions to state that the petitioner has, in fact, been dismissed from service on 30.06.2010 and this order of dismissal has attained finality. Hence, nothing would survive in the present writ petition insofar as the challenge therein is to an order of suspension dated 10.08.2009, which has itself culminated into the aforesaid order of dismissal. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
