ORDER

Tmt.N.Suriya, W/o.A.V.Nagarajan, residing at No.52/50, Tiruvalluvar Street, Alavur Village, Kancheepuram District has purchased a land comprised in Punja Survey No.254/2A1 measuring an extent of 1 acre 11 cents in Walajabad Village, Kancheepuram District by way of a sale deed from one K.Thirunanukarasu.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that after purchasing the property, he has registered the sale deed on 06.07.2017 and thereafter, approached the Tahsildar for transfer of patta in his name from the name of his vendor K.Thirunanukarasu. Except keeping the relevant papers on his table, the Tahsildar has not considered the request of the petitioner. Therefore, he has given a representation on 02.02.2018. It has also not evoked any response.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent sought for four weeks time to consider the case of the petitioner.

4. Placing on record, his request, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

02.02.2018 and do the needful within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
