(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.S.Udhayakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Karthick Jagannath, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate for respondents 4 & 5.
2. On the last date, a statement was made by learned State Government Pleader that the encroachments were removed and time was sought to file a report.
3. Today, learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the lands in S.Nos.550/7A, 550/7B and 558/1 were inspected and found to be vacant and free from encroachment as on date.
4. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.3764 of 2018 is closed.
