Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent relating to the impugned order Ka.No.6830/Sa.1/Tha.Aa.Po.Ka/Villu./Ka.Ma/97 dated 28.12.2010 and to quash it as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent to revise the salary of the petitioner from the date of reinstatement on 18.12.2000 on par with the salaries of other employees working in the same post and to pay the difference in salary within a time frame as this Court.
