This Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4190/2008/A4/U.E.(Oo) dated 03.11.2009, removing the petitioner from her office of president of Vanniyanallur Panchayat and the publication in Government Gazette (Part VI-Section 2, page 448), dated 28.10.2009 and quash the same.
