This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that he shall report before respondent Police, everyday for one week and thereafter, report before the Judicial Magistrate, Kangeyam, everyday, till the date of committal and thereafter, report before the Sessions Court, on every Monday, till the date of framing of charges and thereafter, during the Court hearing dates in Crl.O.P.No.28269 of 2023 dated 08.01.2024.

3.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court finds no reasons to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28269 of 2023. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
