84/2012 on the file of the Honble subordinate Judge,Tiruchengode(in CRP(PD).No.1093 of 2018) Order : This petition coming on for Extension of time on date and persuing the earlier order date of 25/01/2021 and letter dated 08.10.2021 vide D.No.584/2021 From the subordinate Judge,Tiruchengode, this court made the following order:- By an order dated 25.01.2021, this Court dismissed the Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the Lower Court to complete the trial and dispose the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.The learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchengode, by a letter to the Registry dated 08.10.2021, seeks extension of six months time to dispose of the case on the ground that the case is in the stage of cross examination and hence, speedy disposal of the case has been delayed.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchengode, six months time is hereby granted to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.84 of 2012 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
