The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that already the petitioner's licence was suspended by the second respondent.

2. In such circumstances, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition challenge the suspension order. No costs.
