ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention dated 19.01.2019 in C.M.P.No.3/Goonda./C2/2019, detaining her husband as "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.917 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department, dated 15.03.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order.
