Prayer: Writ Petition filed praying to issue an appropriate Order, Directions or Writ including a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.40665/2004/X-2 dated 24.08.2004 and quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all attendant benefits. O R D E R

The Writ petition has been filed praying to issue an appropriate Order, Directions or Writ including a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.40665/2004/X-2 dated 24.08.2004 and quash the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all attendant benefits.

2. When the matter came up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2 that pending disposal of the writ petition, the writ petitioner died on 19.02.2010 itself but, till date no legal representative was brought on record since they are not interested to proceed the case further. Therefore, the writ petition has to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dismissed as abated. In this regard, Death Certificate of the Deceased and letter dated 09.12.2020 received from the concerned department have been submitted before this Court.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents 1& 2 and copies of the related documents, since till date, no one has brought on record as legal representative of the petitioner even when the petitioner died on 19.02.2010, this Writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed if any.
