ORDER

This petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to disburse petitioner's salary for the period 06.08.2018 to 15.04.2019 and consider petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2022 and pass orders.

2. The facts of the case is that the petitioner worked as a guest lecturer in English Department, Thiruvalluvar University College of Arts and Science, Thiruvennainallur from 6.08.2018 to 15.04.2019. The grievance of the petitioner is that he was not paid salary for the said period, due to which the petitioner resigned his job. Thereafter, the petitioner made a representation before the respondents on 21.11.2022 regarding the said issue. However, the same was not considered till date. Hence, this petition.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2022 and pass orders. 2/5

4. Inspite notice served there is no representation on the side of the respondents.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent s to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2022, and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
