Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to regularize the period of petitioner's service from 05.09.1988 to 02.06.1997 as duty for all purpose as per the judgement in S.A.No.1229 to 1231/1995 dated 12.04.1997 and settle all the benefits for the said period and consequently revise the pension the pension and pensionary benefits.
