Both Ms.Naveena, learned counsel appearing for the learned counsel on record for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Government Advocate for the respondents would jointly submit that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing this Writ Petition any further.

2. A communication bearing Na.Ka.No.1974/A2/2009 dated 06.10.2021 is placed on record enclosing the letter of the petitioner in original to the aforesaid effect and requesting that he be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition.

3. Acceding to the request, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
