Reference under Section 8 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 is pending since 2012 and the revision petitioner seeks its expeditiously disposal.
2.This Court is at a loss to understand why this matter is kept alive for the last 10 years. The learned Sub Judge Kancheepuram is now directed to dispose of the petition in L.A.O.P.No.5 of 2012 within a period of two (2) months and at any rate not later than July-2022.
3.Learned Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu is required to keep a tab on the progress of this case and the learned District Judge is required to ensure that the matter is disposed of within the time stipulated by this Court. 4.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. No costs.
