O R D E R

Heard the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, who has filed the present petition to review the judgment of this Court rendered in S.A.No.88 of 2020 on 23.09.2020 on the ground that there is an error apparant on record by not considering the plea raised in the second appeal regarding the competency of P.W.1, the sole witness for the plaintiff who mounted the witness box as a Power Agent of the plaintiff.

2. On perusing the records and on hearing the submissions made by the learned Senior Counsel, this Court finds that the said plea does not form part of the substantial questions of law framed by this Court and had no bearing in the decisions of all the three Courts. Hence, this Court finds no reason to review the judgment passed by this Court in S.A.No.88 of 2010 on 23.09.2020.

3. Accordingly, the Review Petition stands dismissed. No costs. 2/4
