This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.29297 of 2022 on 29.11.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the petitioners shall stay at Thirumangalam and report before Thirumangalam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of six weeks and thereafter, for monthly once i.e, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
