This petition is filed to condone the delay of 95 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 29.11.2019 made in W.P.No.33437 of 2019.

2 Though the respondent is served with notice, there is no representation for him either in person or through counsel.

3. Heard the learned Government Counsel appearing for the petitioners/appellants.

4. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned Government Counsel for the petitioners/appellants and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay stands condoned and the petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
