This petition is filed to condone the delay of 28 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.S.Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.S.Santosa Kumar, learned counsel for respondent 10. Despite notice having been served upon respondents 1 to 9, none appears before this Court.

The delay is only 28 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 28 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
