This matter earlier came up for consideration before this Court on 30.06.2025. As there was no representation for the petitioners, the same was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. 2.

From the perusal of the docket sheet, it is also noticed that there was no representation for the petitioners even on 25.03.2025 and hence, a Co-ordinate bench of this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', the learned counsel for the petitioners reported that he has no instructions from the petitioners.

In the light of the above, this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution and accordingly, the

same is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
