This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25844 of 2022 on 20.10.2022, shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, Flower Bazaar Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
