When the Writ Petition was listed on 19.08.2018 and 10.09.2018, none represented for the petitioner. The learned Standing Counsel for the Electricity Board would submit that the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, seeking electricity service connection to the house bearing Door 90A, Ernesswarar Koil Street, Eranavoor, Chennai - 57, but now she has vacated the premises and hence the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
2. In the light of the above facts, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
