K.R.Karunagaran 3. Minor daughter K.Nikila represented by her mother Tmt.Thara, Door No.1/1A, Gandhi Road Jagannathan Nagar, Arumbakkam Chennai-600 016 4. C.Indu and 5. C.Kanishka c/o. C.Bama Wife of Chandran, 355, MA.PO.C.Salai, Thiruthani, Thiruthani Taluk, Thiruvallur District and to conduct enquiry in furtherance of summons of the Fourth Respondent bearing C.No.G4/388/23227/2015, 340/SDO-G/N.Ref/2015, C.No.260/ABK-O/15 dated 04.09.2015 & 13.09.2015, register a case and to take such further action as may be necessary in accordance with law.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this Petition for a direction directing the respondents 3 to 4 to initiate proceedings, investigate on the complaint dated 11.07.2015 and to register a case stating that the respondents have not shown any interest to enquire the matter and register the case. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that even though summons have been issued to the petitioner, the petitioner has not appeared and cooperated for the enquiry and they sent a letter, they are busy with the work and in such circumstances, they are not able to conclude the enquiry. 3.

In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, F5, Pathirvedu Police Station, on 09.03.2016 and also the date on which the police fixed, and to cooperate for enquiry and produce the relevant documents before the Inspector of Police. The Inspector of Police, F5, Pathirvedu Police Station, is directed to follow the dictum laid down in Lalithakumari Case.

With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
