The Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 29.08.2023 passed in RLTA.No.47 of 2022, on the file of the XVII Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 12.04.2022, passed in RLTOP.No.143 of 2021 on the file of the X Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai.

2. The parties have settled their issues and a memorandum of compromise dated 13.02.2025 to that effect has been filed into the Court.

3. The memorandum of compromise dated 13.02.2025 is taken on file. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the compromise memo and the compromise memo shall form part of the order. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
