PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.10.2021 seeking to cancel the release deed document No.4300 of 2021 dated 29.04.2021 based on the communication dated 25.10.2021 sent by the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent within a period of stipulated time fixed by this Court.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.10.2021 seeking for cancellation of the release deed document No.4300 of 2021 dated 29.04.2021 based on the communication dated 25.10.2021 sent by the 2nd respondent to the 3rd respondent.
2. The case of the petitioner is that originally land bearing survey No.286, measuring 1.72 Acres situated at Narasipuram Village, Perur Taluk, Coimbatore District belongs to Vellai Moopan @ Vellai appan, who died on 18.01.1999 leaving behind his legal heirs. It is further alleged that due to creation of forged documents, release deed vide document No.4300 of 2021 has been executed in favour of the respondents 6 to 9. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner along with her son submitted a representation to the respondents 1 to 4. Till date, no steps have been taken by the official respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.10.2021. Hence, this writ petition seeking for an appropriate direction to the respondents 1 to 4.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of argument, submitted that it would suffice, if the representation already submitted by the petitioner may be directed to be disposed of by the respondents 1 to 4, within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court.
4. Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Special Government Pleader has no serious objection in granting such relief to the petitioner.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions so made on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.10.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as aggrieved parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
