For Petitioner : Mr.K.S.Viswanathan (In both W.Ps) For Respondents : Mr.C.Selvaraj (In both W.Ps) Government Advocate R1 and R2 No appearance for R3 COMMON ORDER Mr.K.S.Viswanathan, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners in the captioned two writ petitions is before this Virtual Court. Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned State counsel is before this Virtual Court on behalf of Respondents 1 and 2 in both the writ petitions. The third respondent in both the writ petitions is a private respondent. They have entered appearance through a counsel, name of the counsel is shown in the cause list, but there is no representation. However, this is of no significance and does not come in the way of disposal of captioned writ petitions owing to the fair submissions made by learned counsel for writ petitioners.
2. Learned counsel for writ petitioners submits that both captioned writ petitions have been filed assailing orders of suspension, but pending writ petitions, impugned suspension orders were since revoked and writ petitioners are now in
service. Learned counsel, therefore, submits that captioned two writ petitions have now become infructuous and the same can be disposed of as closed without expressing any opinion or views on the contentions and rights of the writ petitioners.
3. In the light of the narrative thus far, captioned two writ petitions are disposed of as closed (having become infructuous) without expressing any opinion or views and leaving open all the contentions of the writ petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
