ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 3[2]1, 4[1] of Immoral Traffic Act on the file of the respondent police in Crime No.not known of 2017, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case, the co-accused has been released on bail and that the petitioner is a permanent resident and therefore, he may be granted anticipatory bail.

3. Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] though opposes this petition, concedes the release of co-accused on bail.

4. Considering the fact that the co-accused has been released on bail and that the petitioner is having permanent residence and also the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

5. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of his arrest or on his appearance before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the

petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required.
