The present Civil Revision Petition is laid by the petitioner to direct the learned District Munsif Judge, Ambattur to dispose the Application filed for eviction in R.L.T.O.P.No.33 of 2021 within a stipulated time as per Section 36(6)(a) of the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Right and Responsibilities of Landlord Act 2017.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner. 3.This Court is thus directing the learned District Judge, Ambattur to dispose of the matter within a period of six (6) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
