Respondents PRAYER: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 4th respondent to remove the illegal occupier from Plot No. 101 situated at Valasaravakkam Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District, bearing Old Door No.15, New No.33, Gangaiyamman Koil Street, Sree Devendra Apartments, G-5, Ground floor, measuring an extent of 383 sq.ft. of land in 6882 sq.ft. with flat super built up area 723 sq.ft. with the assistance of the respondents 2 and 3 and handover the possession of the property mentioned above to the petitioner as per the proceedings of the 1st respondent dated 3.2.2010.
