ORDER
This petition has been filed for a direction to withdraw the proceedings in M.C.No.2 of 2016 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Neyveli and transfer the same to learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Mayiladuthurai, Nagapattinam District.
2. The petitioner has filed this petition to transfer the proceedings in M.C.No.2 of 2016 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Neyveli. The case is of the year 2016. Now, almost three years have been lapsed after filing this petition and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Neyveli to complete the trial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
in M.C.No.2 of 2016 within a period of three months from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order, if not already disposed of.
