..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records culminating in the impugned order issued by the second respondent in Letter No.W/456/4/CS/BQI/156/05, dated 11.08.2008 and consequential letter No.S.26/S/[PER]/ST/NEFT 2008 C00645, dated 19.08.2008 effecting deduction of the liquidated amount of Rs.65,24,187/- and quash and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents to apply the new price variation formula for the supply of the balance quantity, if any, under agreement dated 03.04.2006 and the additional quantity of 30% concrete sleepers by the petitioner.
