ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to direct the respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 31.12.2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3. There was no representation for the petitioner on 02.06.2015 and therefore, this case was adjourned 'for orders' finally. Today also there was no representation for the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represents that the complaint has been sent by post. Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to lodge a complaint in person and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.
