ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the Appeal dated 29.09.2021 of the petitioner against the order of the 2nd respondent in Pro.Na.Ka.No.K2/10566/2019 dated 10.02.2021 insofar as it relates to the rejection of her claim for assigning proper seniority and further directing to issue orders thereon in the light of TNPSC guidelines and departmental guidelines (amended upto 31.10.2014) by placing her at the bottom of seniority list of Approved Probationers in Krishnagiri District Unit instead of placing her at the bottom of the List of Assistants in Krishnagiri District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The writ petitioner has made an objection for the seniority list drawn for the post of Assistant / Rural Welfare Officer, Grade I / Accountant in Krishnagiri District Unit, while rejecting the application of the petitioner. Finally, the seniority list was confirmed by the 2nd respondent on 10.02.2021. Challenging the said order, she preferred an appeal before the 1st respondent on 29.09.2021 and the said appeal is now pending before the 1st respondent. Therefore, she seeks for the aforesaid remedy. 3.

Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2.

Considering the fact that the prayer sought for in the instant writ petition is only for the limited scope, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the appeal filed by the writ petitioner dated 29.09.2021 and pass final order on its merits and in accordance with law, as early as possible, more preferably, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
