This application is filed to condone the delay of 1806 days in filing the Form 66 Affidavit of proof of Debt before the respondent.

2. The learned Official Liquidator submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is inclined to allow this application.

4. Accordingly, this Application is allowed and the delay of 1806 days is condoned.
