..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Declaration, declaring that Clause 19 (19.1 and 19.2) of the agreement dated 03.04.2006 bearing No.CE/6/CS of 2006 and the consequential rider agreements bearing No.CE/RIDER.3/CS of 2008, dated 29.01.2008 and No.CE/RIDER.5/CS, dated 22.02.2008 as null and void abinito, illegal being in violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and Section 23 of the Indian Contract Act.
