ORDER

This Court had granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 35887 of 2025, dated 07.01.2026. It is stated that she is residing at Ramanathapuram, and appeared before learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram District. 1/4

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.C.R.Gokulvisvas , learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the family members of the deceased are not supporting to the petitioner herein and therefore, she was not able to stay at Ramanathapuram. Hence, it is prayed that she may be directed to stay at Chennai and report before the jurisdictional Magistrate concerned.

3. After hearing both sides, this Court modifies the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 35887 of 2025 vide order dated 07.01.2026 which reads as follows:- "7(b). The petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the learned jurisdictional Magistrate concerned daily at 10.30 am for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation".

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 02.02.2026 MSM 2/4
