Crl.M.P.No.2050 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.2050 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1729 of 2022 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA.J., Contending that by inadvertence, the Crime Number has been wrongly mentioned as 465/2020 instead of 465/2021 in the petition in Crl.O.P.No.1729 of 2022, the present Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to amend the prayer.

2. On perusal of the materials available on record, this court finds that the plea of the petitioner appears to be genuine and thereby this petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and issue a fresh copy of the order forthwith.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks for extension of time to surrender.

5. Accordingly, the time already granted by this Court in order dated 01.02.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.1729 of 2022, to the petitioner to surrender, is extended by a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of fresh copy of the order.
