Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorari calling for the entire records pursuant to the Award dated 08.07.2009 made in I.D.No.268 of 2004 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same.

O R D E R

M/s.S.Sri Ranjini, learned counsel on record, on instructions, submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous, and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Earlier, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner produced before this Court a copy of the resignation letter dated 02.03.2012, the Settlement Agreement dated 11.03.2012, and the receipt of payment of the settled amount dated 14.03.2012.

3.In view of the above submission coupled with the endorsement made by the learned counsel and the contents of the documents produced by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
