1. The petitioner is the wife of the detenu. Upon notice being issued, the detenu was produced.
2. The detenu, i.e., Mr. Edward Rajjaiah has been interviewed by us. The detenu, i.e., Mr.Edward Rajjaiah says that he left the petitioner on his own free will and volition and that he does not want to return to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
