No.AB1/36940/2008 dated 26.08.2009 and quash the same only to the limited extend of deferring the empanelment of the petitioner for promotion as Forester for the year 2008-09 and consequently direct the respondents herein to declare the petitioner as 'Selected' for empanelment for the year 2008-09 by including him in the appropriate place therein and to promote him as Forester retrospectively from the date of promotion of his immediate junior with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

No.E1/7563/2021, dated Nil.09.2021 to the effect that the prayer of the petitioner for empanelment for the year 2008-2009 has been accepted and the petitioner was posted to Mudumalai Tiger Reserve as Forester and joined duty on 03.05.2010.
