O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition has been filed against the order dated 29.04.2011 passed by this Court in WP No.6489 of 2001.

2. This Court passed an order quashing the order impugned and allowed the writ petition. A direction was issued to re-validate the license in accordance with law, within a period of two months.

3. Subsequent to the order passed in WP No.6489 of 2001, dated 29.04.2011, the Authorities Competent passed final orders, which was under challenge in the another writ petition filed in WP Nos.12012 to 12016 of 2014. Since the petitioners have made a submission that the said writ 2/4

petitions became infructuous, no further adjudication is required to be undertaken in respect of grounds raised in the present contempt petition.

4. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 10-03-2023 Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order.
