..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records, leading to the issue of proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No.3132/2008/JO2 dated 12.09.2008 on the file of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to issue patta in favour of the petitioner in respect of the lands in Paimash No.77 New Survey No.179, measuring an extent of 2.80 acres in Bethathalappalli Village, Krishnagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District.
