C.R.P.(PD).No.570 of 2021 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN, J, This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in the final order dated 23.03.2021, in paragraph 8, it has been wrongly typed as, "8.On going the averments made in the petition, this Court finds that the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent is solemnized at Ramapuram, Chennai, which comes under Tiruvallur District. Hence the petitioner has to approach the Tiruvallur Family Judge and not to file a petition before the Family Court, Chennai, seeking divorce."

and the same requires to be rectified as given below: "8.On going the averments made in the petition, this Court finds that the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent is solemnized at Ramapuram, Chennai, which comes under Tiruvallur District. Hence the petitioner has to approach the Tiruvallur Family Judge and not to file a petition before the Family Court, Chennai, seeking to declare the marriage as null and void." Thus she prayed for suitable directions.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the order dated 23.03.2021 in C.R.P(PD).No.570 of 2021 as, "8.On going the averments made in the petition, this Court finds that the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent is solemnized at Ramapuram, Chennai, which comes under Tiruvallur District. Hence the petitioner has to approach the Tiruvallur Family Judge and not to file a petition before the Family Court, Chennai, seeking to declare the marriage as null and void. ........................."

and issue order copy afresh.
