Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

Recording the same, the Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application with necessary documents. No costs.
