(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the petitioner's daughter Ammathai, D/o K.Balasubramaniam aged about 36 years before this Court either in person or body and set her at liberty.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that, his daughter Ammathai, aged about 36 years is missing, in connection with which a case in Thiruppur Vadakku Police Station Cr.No.1338 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2012 has been registered. It is stated by police that every effort is taken to locate the detenue. We are satisfied with the investigation. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent to proceed with the investigation in Cr.No.1338 of 2012 and keep the petitioner informed of the developments, if any.
