This application has been filed to condone the delay of 28 days in filing the present revision petition against Fair and Decreetal order passed in IA.No.1 of 2024 in OS.No.337 of 2012, dated 19.09.2025 on the file of Principal District Munsif, Ariyalur District.

2. Despite service of notice on the respondents, the first respondent has neither chosen to appear in person nor through counsel.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate for the 2nd respondent.

4. I have independently gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also the submission of the learned Government Advocate for the second respondent. Since the delay in preferring the revision is only 28 days, which is not inordinate, and I am also satisfied with the reasons stated in Paragraphs 2 and 3 of the affidavit, that the petitioner has made out sufficient cause.
