This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.15 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent police, for an offence under Sections 417, 376, 420, 294(b), 506(i) IPC r/w 34 of IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry) would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.15 of 2015 and also filed a final report.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondicherry), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
