Respondent Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned proceedings of the respondent passed in ZA330519023820Q dated 09.05.2019 and quash the same and further direct the respondent to restore/activate the registration of the petitioner. For Petitioner : Mr.N.Murali For Respondent : Mr.M.Hariharan Additional Government Pleader (T)

ORDER

Written instructions are circulated by Mr.M.Hariharan, learned Additional Government Pleader to the effect that the petitioner is entitled to the benefit of G.O.(Ms).No.51 dated 23.04.2019 issued by the Commercial Taxes and Registration (B1) Department as a consequence of which the petitioner becomes entitled to seek revocation of the impugned order cancelling its registration.

2.Thus the petitioner is permitted to approach the Assessing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Officer with its request for revocation and such revocation application shall be received by the officer and be considered and disposed on merits after hearing the petitioner. Let the aforesaid exercise be completed within a period of six weeks from today.

3.This writ petition is disposed in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
