Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to measure and lay boundary stones after proper survey over the properties comprised in Survey Nos.82/10A measuring to an extent of 0.1.50 Ares and 82/10B measuring to an extent of 0.2.00 Ares, situated at No.09, Eguvarpalayam - I(Part), Melpakkam Village, Gummudipoondi Taluk, Thruvallur District within a stipulated period. ORDER
The petitioner has moved the second respondent with his representation dated 26.08.2020 for revenue sub division of his property in Survey Nos.82/10A & 82/10B of Melpakkam Village, Gummudipoondi Taluk, Thruvallur District. 2.Mr.S.N.Parthasarathi, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and made a statement on instructions that an enquiry on the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
representation is scheduled to take place on 12.03.2021 at 11.00 a.m. at the office of the second respondent/Tahsildar. 3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.
4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the second respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, subject to the period, if any lost for the responsibilities associated with the conduct of the General Elections, 2021.
5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
